If you will send more than 980 SMS messages each month, we recommend you select an SMS plan that covers the message volume (size of your SMS database x the number of campaigns sent each month).

Keywords are the words that are texted into the short 5-6 digit numbers (e.g., text iLoyalSMS to 64600). Choose one keyword for each location, customer group, or sales outlet or manage all customer groups with only one keyword.

The additional message rate applies only to SMS messages over the plan limit. Unused credits rollover to subsequent months.
